Tracy Copeland, MS, MEd, CCC-SLP
Tracy is a PROMPT-trained clinician who treats diverse populations in a variety of clinical and education settings. During her professional career, Tracy has worked in private practice, early intervention, outpatient rehabilitation facilities, home health, hospitals, nursing homes, and as a clinical supervisor and adjunct faculty at the University of Montevallo, with an additional four years of experience teaching elementary and middle school.
She has worked professionally with children and adults with developmental delays, Down Syndrome, Autism, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, language-based literacy disorders, fluency disorders, articulation and phonological impairments, and disorders of the swallowing mechanism. Since 2019, Tracy has served as the owner of More Than Words Speech and Language Therapy, LLC.
Emma Lee, M.Ed, CCC-SLP
Emma Lee is a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist of 12 years working in the states of both Georgia and Alabama. She is a PROMPT trained therapist with experience evaluating and treating both children and adults varying in diagnoses and disabilities. From all levels of school-aged students to autism centers, skilled nursing facilities and private practices, Emma has professional experiences across numerous settings. Incorporating language and literacy within her approach to treatment is her passion.
Emma has been working at More than Words Speech and Language Therapy since 2023 and in 2025, she joined Grace Therapy Collective. Believing that communication and mental health are fundamentally linked, she recognizes that being able to clearly express our thoughts and emotions is crucial for maintaining a healthy mind.
